Stuff you wouldn’t know
First job: For many summers in high school, I manned the “Penguin Italian Ice” truck in New Jersey. My personal favorite flavor combo was the USA: Cherry, Lemon and Sky Blue.
Most humbling experience: The last five miles of the NYC Marathon. While my legs and mind were insistent on stopping, the energy of the crowd pushed me forward and fueled every step to the finish line.
Random fact: I was once on the cover of the Boston Globe with Barack Obama while wearing a throwback Michael Jordan jersey.
